Today’s Soul Advice: When we fall down, we must gather our strength and stand back up again. Pause, breathe, and crawl until you’re ready to get back on your feet. You’re strong. When you stumble (and we ALL do sometimes!), get back up and keep moving forward.

Today’s Soul Advice: We work to support ourselves, but sometimes we work so much that we feel too tired to enjoy our lives. Rest when you need, but do remember to live your life. Have fun, follow your passions, and be a little spontaneous from time to time. When you find work that reflects your mission and passions for life, you might just find that it brings you more success and more time for yourself, too.

Today’s Soul Advice: Do you ever feel like it’s too late to do something? Every day that you wake up, you are given the opportunity to follow your dreams, start a new project, or go on an adventure. “Too late” is only a limitation you place on yourself.

Most often, you will be judged by how you treat them, how you made them feel and how kind you were to them. Knowing this, you can worry a little less about material things.

You have conquered many battles in this world, and there are both big and little triumphs each and every day. Take pride in those wins, small and large alike.

Today’s Soul Advice: Every person is a hoarder of memories, but what form those memories take can change your perspective completely. Make every moment a small piece of colorful paper. Some memories will be brightly colored and joyful, others will be dark colors of tough times. Collect them all and make it rain confetti.
