    The moon rises each night, even when you can’t see it. It is strong enough to move the oceans, even during the darkest nights. It may be going unnoticed and unseen, but the moon doesn’t stay in its orbit and control the tides for a pat on the back. We can be like the moon, too, strong and powerful even when no one is looking.

    Joy is formless, but it’s also a very physical thing. Just like love and hate and so many other emotions, joy is ever present in your soul, yet you can feel it in your bones.
